AIIRS Privacy Statement
One privacy page for AIIRS and Snap-AIIRS
AIIRS is built for business inventory, room documentation, receiving, reporting, and operations support. Snap-AIIRS Property Scan is an AIIRS industry option for property inspection, inventory, and reporting. This page applies to both the core AIIRS platform and the Snap-AIIRS addition unless a signed customer agreement says otherwise.
What AIIRS Collects
- Account information such as name, email, workspace, and role details.
- Business workflow data such as rooms, scans, deliveries, reports, lists, tags, and notices created inside AIIRS.
- Media that users intentionally capture or upload, such as room photos, room videos, delivery proof, and inspection images.
- Operational settings needed to personalize dashboards, permissions, and workspace behavior.
How AIIRS Uses Data
- To help teams review rooms, inventories, deliveries, inspections, and related reports.
- To support alerts, notices, manager directions, and network coordination across authorized dashboards.
- To improve room analysis, item review, and workflow guidance inside the AIIRS platform.
- To provide customer support, implementation help, and product reliability.
Snap-AIIRS Addition
- Snap-AIIRS is an AIIRS property-inspection option for landlords, property managers, contractors, housing programs, and facility teams.
- Snapchat developer tools are optional integrations only. AIIRS remains the main inspection and reporting platform.
- If enabled in a future implementation, Snap Camera Kit may support AR inspection overlays and Snap Creative Kit may support professional share-card experiences.
- Private property reports should not be publicly shared by default.
What AIIRS Does Not Access By Default
- AIIRS does not access private Snapchat messages, personal contacts, friends lists, or Snap Map location by default.
- AIIRS does not publicly publish room scans, inspections, or reports unless a user intentionally exports or shares approved material.
- AIIRS does not require Snapchat connectivity for the core property-scan experience to function.
Credentials And Security
- Secrets such as Snap client secrets, API credentials, and other private keys must be stored server-side or in environment variables, not in browser code.
- Access to workspace data should be limited to signed-in users with the proper workspace and role permissions.
- AIIRS should use authenticated, private data access for property reports, inspections, and uploaded media.
Contact And Updates
- This privacy statement may be updated as AIIRS expands into additional industries and integrations.
- Updated platform pages should continue linking to this shared statement unless a separate customer-specific agreement is required.
- Questions about implementation, data handling, or pilot-specific privacy expectations should be handled through the AIIRS support and onboarding process.
