Register Your AIIRS Workspace
Choose the AIIRS path that fits your business today: start as a solo user and grow into a network later, or launch as a network right away for a business with 2 or more users. You can also use an access code to join an existing shared workspace with rooms, receiving, purchasing, notices, alerts, and team communication.
Path 1 is for one person using one dashboard today with room to upgrade later. Path 2 is for a business that needs shared team dashboards from day one.
Solo means one user only. Network means 2 to 5 users on one shared account with team structure and leadership controls.
AIIRS uses this email for sign-in, account recovery, and verification. Network admins should use the email they want tied to leadership and workspace settings.
Manager can run the daily operation. Operator focuses on scanning and updates. Viewer is read-only. Custom lets the business match its own title.
Joining a network uses one available seat. If all five seats are filled, the join flow will stop until a dashboard is removed.
Enter an access code to preview whether this is a solo workspace or an established network and how many seats are still open.
Solo Workspace
This is how the primary team admin role will read inside AIIRS.
Add the role titles this network wants available during team sign up. Separate them with commas or new lines.
Network Admin Setup
Email verification: the first network admin will get a verification email right after signup. Verify that email to lock in the leadership account for this network.
Network admin role: this is the person who manages team access, workspace controls, default team preferences, and shared settings for the company.
Network definition: network workspaces are for 2 or more users sharing one account structure. Solo workspaces are for one user only.
Role setup: network roles give the team business-friendly titles like General Manager, Receiving Lead, or Inventory Steward during sign up.
Workspace settings: the network admin controls which features the company sees, which actions teammates can perform, and which default preferences new team members start with.
Daily team roles: managers usually run the day-to-day workflow, operators scan and update inventory, and viewers can review information without changing records.

How AIIRS Registration Works
1. Path 1: a solo user can open one AIIRS workspace now and upgrade to a network later as the business grows.
2. Path 2: a business with 2 or more users can register one shared network workspace for up to five users and start with team dashboards right away.
3. Each team member gets their own dashboard settings, but the network admin gets the network leadership view.
4. Team members use an access code during registration to join the same rooms, receiving, purchasing, notices, alerts, and team communication lane.
5. If a solo customer wants an employee to scan remotely or use another dashboard, that customer needs to upgrade to a network workspace.
